EXW (Ex works)

Ex works unit price is the price of the complete packaged product available at the factory in China / Taiwan. It is the lowest price available.The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for all logistics from factory to delivery destination; including but not limited to:

  1. loading onto truck at the factory
  2. freight forwarding
  3. export duty, taxes & customs clearance
  4. terminal charges & loading onto the ship
  5. sea freight
  6. unloading & arrival terminal charges
  7. import duty, taxes, customs clearance
  8. delivery to destination

FOB (Free On Board)

Free On Board unit price is the price of the product available on board the ship at the port of loading in China.The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for the following logistics:

  1. sea freight
  2. unloading & arrival terminal charges
  3. import duty, taxes, customs clearance
  4. delivery to destination

CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)

Cost, Insurance and Freight unit price is the price of the product on board the ship at the destination port. The buyer must pay for:

  1. unloading & arrival terminal charges
  2. import duty, taxes, customs clearance
  3. The buyer is also responsible for arranging and paying for the following logistics:
  4. delivery to destination

CIF is our mid-price incoterm offering. If you would like complete support with delivery logistics we recommend that you choose DDU or DDP incoterms

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)

Delivered Duty Unpaid unit price is the price of the product after it has arrived at the buyer’s delivery destination address. However, it excludes import duty, taxes and customs clearance costs.
The buyer is responsible to pay for:

  • import duty, taxes, customs clearance

Ensuring on time delivery will depend upon the buyer paying these additional costs in a timely manner. If you would like to avoid any risk of delay, we recommend selecting DDP incoterm on the product page instead, before you add to cart.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

Delivered Duty Paid unit price is the price of the product after it has arrived at the buyer’s delivery destination address. All logistics costs are included in this price.

This is the preferred option for many buyers because no further logistics arrangements or payments are required after the order has been placed.
